The wording of the questions is very similar to the set up of the registry. The focus of the study materials and exams is perfect. The length and set-up of the mock exams is great, it really prepares you for the registry.
This site is absolutely awesome! I took the abdomen registry before and missed by 5 points and I am now sure it was because I focused on studying all the wrong material. This site truly focuses on the registry material and doesn't stray from it. I plan to use this site for all other registries I take and will suggest it to EVERYONE that is preparing to take one.

Specialty Accessed: Adult Echo, 2011The site definitely has some benefits for preparing for the echo exam. The sections are well organized and easy to follow. The Hemodynamics and Valvular Abnormalities sections were very extensive and I felt especially well prepared for my exam in these areas. There were a few areas that I felt needed additional information and sent feedback to the URR site. About a week later the sections were updated and much more extensive. That's a great feature of this echo registry review resource!

The images were also very helpful of showing exactly what you were needing to see…I think the website overall was very effective in preparing me for the exam. ...I PASSED :)

The information was to the point & had great pictures to help understand the concept or procedure to the exam being performed. The test was easy to understand & I found some of the questions to be very similar to those on the boards. This website was very helpful & extremely easy to grasp the concepts being described. Great photos & diagrams, and layout even for the novice sonographer!

Ultrasound Registry Review helped me get ready for the SPI. I never thought a web site could be so helpful. Their Click to Learn format tests are fantastic. And basically re taught me Physics in a short time. Between Ultrasound Registry Review and my Ipad I had all I needed to get ready for my test with me all the time. Specialty Accessed: Vascular, 2011I would give the website a 9 in overall effectiveness. The information was straight to the point and didn't have a lot of unnecessary extra stuff. The visual aids were a big help also in helping me to understand the concepts and how they relate to ultrasound. Finally, the practice tests, especially the Click to Learn tests were a huge help because I could find out right away if I got an answer correct and if not, why it was wrong. I passed my exam on the first attempt!

The click to learn test was very helpful...The click to learn questions were great, knowing the information as soon as you got it wrong made me remember better when seeing the same question again, and the little explanation was also helpful...the ultrasound pictures used are clear and able to be identified, typical appearances are helpful in recognizing atypical appearances...Thank you sooo much for all of your help with your website throughout the process of passing both the OB/GYN and ABD boards!

Specialty Accessed: Abdomen and OB/GYN, 2010This website was a great asset to my studying. I felt prepared and I passed all of my boards. This site helped me alot especially with Abdominal studying. I really recommend this website for preparing for the ARDMS exams. It's done in an easy review manner which helps you understand and clear your doubts about certain topics. I only wish they had Breast available too!

Some review products overwhelm you with an overabundance of information but this website is well formatted and concise. The images were better than any other resource I used for my registry preparation, making it easier to understand the abnormalities and anatomy. The Mock Exams were very realistic examples of what I experienced for the ARDMS exam. My only intermittent issue was regarding the load time for some review pages with alot of images so overall, I would rate this site at a 9.5 out 10!
