A Registered User (Participant) is defined as an individual who has purchased access to educational materials and received a username and password from URR. In order to protect confidential information, the Participant agrees that:

Confidential information includes all content related to the text, media, structure, formatting, development, and expansion of URR's educational materials, and all communications between the Participant and the Discloser. All course and exam content displayed on www.ultrasoundregistryreview.com is considered confidential, excluding images labeled with Creative Commons licensing.

The Participant shall use the confidential information solely for personal preparation for the ARDMS_® and CCI_® Registry Examinations in Sonography. The sale, transfer and/or sharing of individual access to the site is expressly prohibited.

The Participant shall protect the disclosed confidential information by using no less than a reasonable degree of care to prevent unauthorized use, dissemination, or publication. No group display, distribution, or derivative works are permitted in accordance with federal copyright laws.

The Participant is responsible for maintaining their login credentials as confidential. Any Participant found distributing login information to others will be found in violation of this agreement and copyright law. Account access will be immediately removed with no refund provided.

Upon Discloser's written request, the Participant shall return or destroy all forms of duplication of site materials including, written material or electronic media, and deliver a written certification within 5 days. This Agreement is made under and shall be construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The Participant shall have no involvement with archiving, copying, or distributing the Discloser's confidential information. Subscriptions are limited to use by the individual registered for the account. The sale, transfer and/or sharing of individual access to the site is expressly prohibited. The Participant does not acquire intellectual property rights under this Agreement except the limited right of personal use.

Discloser makes no representation or warranty that any product or business plans disclosed to the Participant will be marketed or carried out as disclosed. Any actions taken by the Participant in response to the disclosure of confidential information shall be solely at their risk. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the confidential information is provided on an AS IS basis.

DISCLOSER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCLOSER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY PORTION OF THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
